Midlands House Prices Still Rising At Faster Than Average Rate

House prices in the Midlands continue to rise at a faster rate than the national average.
The CSO’s latest Residential Property Price Index shows that the average jumped by 13.1 percent in Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Longford in the year until September.
Nationally, the rate of increase was 12.8 percent while the biggest regional rise was in the west.
