He said: 'In 21 years I haven't marketed a flat with a shower in the kitchen. When I first saw the photographs I thought 'that's a bit different'.
'People want showers these days and I am not sure a bath would have worked!
'It is all up to legislation and building regulations. It is a quirky property and I think the price reflects this.
'We have had some viewings and the shower is a talking point.'
