House prices on Anglesey have slumped 4.6% over the last 12 months - one of the worst falls across the UK.
The average price of homes on the island are now £6,000 less than they were a year ago and at an average of £127,180 are at their lowest level since 2013.
It was the fifth worst drop for any county across the whole of the UK according to the Land Registry.
Conwy also saw prices drop with a 4% fall as the average sale price went from £129,000 last summer to £123,000 this June.
This is more than £30,000 below the house price peak in the county back in 2007.
These figures go against the England and Wales national trend where house prices have surpassed their November 2007 peak for the first time to reach a new high of £181,619.
Overall Welsh prices were up 2.7% on last year and now stand at £119,899.

It was not all bad news in North Wales with Denbighshire seeing a 4% hike in prices to an average of £116,532 - up more than £5,000 on the same month in 2014.
In Gwynedd they rose by just 0.6% to £133,184 while in Wrexham prices were up 2.4% to £121,562.
Flintshire saw average prices fall by 1.2% to £123,950.
London saw the greatest increase in house prices compared to other regions, rising by 9.2%.
An average home in the capital now costs £481,820.
Bank of England governor Mark Carney recently indicating that the base rate could start to move up from its historic 0.5% low around the end of the year.
