House prices in Coventry remain well below the national average.
Despite a two-year low in price rises nationwide, the average house in Coventry costs well below the national average, according to Land Registry.
The website - which specialises in house pricing indexes - suggests that the average property in our city costs just £116,241, which is well below the national average of around £179,696.
Between May and June this year, house prices fell 0.2 per cent, which is the lowest growth in two years.

The three bedroom detached house is for sale for £190,000, and the property comprises of a cloakroom, lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, master en-suite and family bathroom.

The property went up for sale in February, and is just 3.1 miles from Bedworth station, 4 miles from Coventry train station, and 4.2 miles from Canley, making its transportation links extremely useful.
