London house prices: so much for pre-election jitters
06-02-2015
As the UK election campaign unfolded in April, high-end estate agents were loudly complaining about the drag the whole thing was having on the very plushest corners of the London market.

Overall, house prices in England and Wales climbed 5.1 per cent in April from a year earlier. The average gain in London in April was 10.9 per cent.
