Property sourcing is a full time job in itself. There are thousands of active property investors in the country and there is normally a very long queue of them waiting for their next investment. Once an offer has been agreed, it is very important to dedicate the time necessary to making sure that all parties concerned do not take their foot off the gas. We can oversee this process, making sure that there are no communication breakdowns and that everything is being done to achieve a timely completion.

Finally, if you simply don’t have the time to arrange for the rental or resale of your property, then we are quite happy to take over the final process for you. We will make sure that your property is being marketed effectively and continuously until a suitable deal has been agreed.

We also offer a Homestaging service for clients either having difficulty selling their current property or simply wanting to achieve the maximum price possible. We will work to your budget and help you present your home in its best light to achieve a successful sale.

Fixed Price Property Refurbishment

There is no doubt that properties in need of modernisation will more often than not provide the best investments. You will normally be able to buy these properties at quite a lot less than their modernized counterparts – although the differential has narrowed considerably over the years. As with all of our services we can offer a basic or a premier service (Related costs will reflect the quality of the product installed). The differences are solely in the products that we install and their related costs. In both cases we will take responsibility for the entire project from beginning to end and simply hand the keys back to you once we have finished the job.

Interior Design

Furniture Packs

Mainly aimed at buy to let investors and developers, TYGRA can offer a range of furniture packs to suit all tastes and budgets. We have a great deal of experience in working to tight timescales and in furnishing multiple units. In conjunction with our Interior design department we can also work with investors/developers from their project inception to make sure that the furniture works seamlessly with the interior.
